1) Follow this link to Red Giant's tutorial on advanced Audio Reactors. Scroll the timeline to the 8:47 mark.

2) Create a composition with a size of 1024 x 540 and a duration of 20 seconds. Change background color to #000000 (black).

3) Import the audio track form-piano into the comp.

4) Create a new solid layer at full comp size.

5) Apply Trapcode Form to the layer.

6) Under Audio React (Master) change the Audio Layer to point to form-piano.wav.

7) Continue with tutorial through to the 25:10 mark

8) Experiment with other audio tracks adjusting Frequency and Strength settings as needed. Save different versions when you hit on a combination that is interesting.
