Drawing Shapes

Develop a still life of 5 or more household items such as fruit, cups, dishes, etc. Include a few rectangular elements along with spheres (fruit etc) and cylinders (drinking glasses etc) and employ objects that have a range of surfaces (matte, shiny, transparent, etc.) Use simple shapes as a skeleton to find the forms in space. Note shadows lightly in pencil and do a light wash of watercolor to show those areas of light and dark.
